Community Action on Latin America records, 1971-2002.

Records, 1971-2002, consisting of organizational, general, and conference papers, of Community Action on Latin America (CALA), a collective of students, clergy, Latinos, and other Madison community members, formed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1971 to educate the public about U.S. involvement in Latin America and to promote greater support for liberation movements. The collection documents the activities of the collective and includes correspondence, financial materials, subject files, funding proposals, publicity, and meeting minutes.
